- Grade 304 Stainless Steel
- Ribbed pattern for excellent drainage
- Pressed & welded construction
- Crevice free construction for easy cleaning
- Tray supported on returned side edges
- Variety of widths available
- Leading edges are provided to prevent damage to trolley rollers
- Enclosed tubular support sections welded to underside to form the support skid
- Fully compatible with LEEC refrigerated & body handling systems
- Full width stainless steel carrying handles at each end
Pressed Profile Trays are available in;
- Standard – 560mm Width
- Semi Obese – 660mm Width
- Obese – 750mm Width
All Pressed Trays are 1930mm long with handles each end making the overall length 2070mm and are available with or without Drainage holes.
Trays are as standard fabricated from Grade 304 Stainless Steel however on request the pressed trays can be fabricated from Grade 316 which offers increased corrosion resistance.
Flat Tray Features:
- Manufactured entirely from 304 gde stainless steel
- Featuring a flat work surface
- 40mm deep, raised profile tray perimeter with drainage leading to 44mm drain point
- Folded & welded construction, crevice free construction
- Designed for use with stub roller based racking system
- Tray supported on returned side edges
- Enclosed tubular support sections welded to underside to form the support skid
- Leading edges are provided to prevent damage to trolley rollers
- Fully compatible with LEEC refrigerated & body handling systems
- Full width stainless steel carrying handles
Flat Profile Trays are available in;

Bespoke Tray widths and lengths are also available on request because each flat tray is manufactured for the individual client.
