The CadSeal is also used by many of the large repatriation companies and is fully approved and detailed in the IATA Airport Handling Manual, AHM 333 (Jan 2011). CadSeal is used to hermetically seal human remains and also used in disasters across the world.
The deceased is placed inside the CadSeal foil envelope and the heat sealer is simply used to form an airtight seal around the deceased.
